What an amazing experience I have had today, my stylist Thomas did his magic on my hair and it surely made my day!! The receptionist was equally nice and friendly!! Thomas I will be your regular client for a long time to come !!

Worst service and experience ever. The low morale and toxic work environment really shows through. After I told the lady what I wanted with my hair, she got frustrated and went to the back to talk about me to her colleague. I clearly heard her too!!! The lady left me for a whole hour!!! Didnt even check on me once after putting the dye on; meanwhile she was multitasking with 2 other clients and giving them all their needs. Stick to one client if you cant multitask!!!! She was rough, frantic and rude. I will never come back here again..

Staff and stylists are very friendly, however, my current stylist is no longer available so Im on the hunt for someone good. Ive gotten my hair cut for 20+ years and have had many good stylists do a layering cut. Went to the salon with a picture and a pretty detailed visual of what I was expecting. Ive worked ant Civello/Aveda for a long time but thought Id give another salon a try. I really regretted it. After the cut, 2 different people dried my hair (both at the same time on either side), one side voluminous and other side straight and flat. When it was done, it didnt look like I really cut my hair, but I thought Id give it a few days to see for myself. Called the salon and they were happy to rebook me. I went back and felt like I was still not being heard, in fact I was schooled for almost 20 minutes why I cant do A and B to my hair, while feeling embarrassed facing the stylist who initially did my hair. They were very friendly but lacked empathy and genuineness. I cut my hair in a certain way due to my personal and health issues. Seems like maybe they are not familiar with all hair types from different cultures. I ended up telling the stylist not to do my hair and Ill figure it out. Now I gotta pay another salon to fix it.
