I was excited to try this hair salon based on the good reviews but I was totally disappointed. The hair dresser is a nice lady but I was not happy with the service that I received nor the finished look. First, she was not wearing a mask when I arrived as she was eating. I had to remind her to put on the mask before she started with my hair. She was done with my hair in like 15-20 min because there was a double booking. I requested a bob haircut and when I got home, I noticed quite a few longer hair that were missed so I have to trim them by myself. In addition, the bottom of my hair doesn't have a smooth finish as my previous bob haircut from other salon. Also, I saw some previous posts saying it costs 30$ for the haircut + wash but I was charged 40$ (by cash) without even offering to wash my hair. I guess I would just have to spend more time to travel to Markham for the previous hair salon I have tried.
