They have the worst website for purchasing! I paid for their 'membership' used it to try and buy a 'special' hot wheels literally watching the timer for release, when it hit zero I tried to purchase it, loaded it into my cart went to pay and it emptied my cart repeatedly! then it put me in a 'checkout line' for 11 minutes twice, again empties my cart! I tried for 51 minutes before it said they were sold out. So I called their 1 800 number waited an hour and 20 minutes just to have a person answer and give me lip service with the obligatory 'I am sorry this happened' zero explanation, they did not even check to see if there was an issue with my account!! definitely do not recommend wasting your time trying to solve any problems you have with their site or purchases.
