        Amazing workplace for employees!

        Absolutely the worst experience with Sobeys customer service. I called AGAIN to inquire about the gift card issue and was abruptly hung up on!! And this was after I went to Sobeys and did my shopping to realize at the cashier that my $100 gift card wasnt working even though I was told by corporate that it was good. So frustrating!!!

        Sobey's "customer service" in the wake of their systems problems this past week have been deplorable and non-existent. Nobody communicated their issues with gift cards, for both activation and redemption, to important buyers leaving thousands of people stranded with gift cads they can't use. I understand that syatems break down, but to not communicate anything and all and for no one answering their phone at head office is inexcusable.
