Spoke with customer service manager Hayden with an online order. CSM Hayden did not rectify issue and instead handed the blame to Canada Post. CSM Hayden did not acknowledge that an earlier issue with fulfillment team. Order was over $200. Not only did KSP lose a customer but KSP customer service has gone down the drain.

Sept-02-2022 at Pickering location. I bought an Oster stainless steel knife set from "Kitchen stuff plus" on Brock Road in Pickering in July of this year, and after using it for two months, it started to rust very badly. I was informed that I would receive store credit, which I could use to purchase something. The floor manager then informed me that they couldn't proceed to offer me a store credit because of their policy because the goods had been used. I had spent approximately 20 minutes looking around the store to find a quality Knife set for $400. Since I've been a consistent customer at this business for years, I felt defrauded of my money and let down because there was no customer loyalty. After the staff saw my receipt and the noticeable rust, they told me that I would receive a store credit, however after 20 minutes, they completely changed their minds and said they didn't want to give me the store credit after all. Because of that, I went to Costco to shop there after deciding against buying the other knife set from Kitchen Stuff Plus. Although the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth, I chose against remaining a loyal customer of Kitchen Stuff Plus. I'm so upset with the conclusion that I won't be shopping there anymore for any of my business needs. This "knife set is now rubbish,"

At approximately 1750 on 12th of July at the highway 7 & 400 location, I was refused service due to discrimination! I was also refused the staff and management's name for the purpose of my grievance. I'm filling a human rights grievance also! This company will never get another dime from me!

As I can see from the previous reviews seems like Discrimination is a company policy. I was shocked at the way the manager at the Brampton mall location treated a customer! Her name was Susan . The customer in the store was wearing a mask ( a clear mask) and when the customer asked the manger a question she said loudly please stand 6ft back from me for my safety as thats not a correct mask! ( I was in the store for 20 mins and didn't hear her once say that to other customer not following the 6ft store policy)The customer kindly said I am actually excused from mask but I wear this one because of people like you. The manger still shamed her telling her it's the law! And told me I need to leave and not stand beside the woman she was publicly shaming. I FELT I HAD TO FOR THE SAFETY OF THAT CUSTOMER. Another employee then came up to me said she was so upset at the way her Manger treated that customer. Shame on you! I later saw that manger print off and post over the board outside there store! SHAME ON YOU !
