Shoppers Drug Mart

One of the worst shoppers you can go to The staff is un helpfull. Worst is the pharmacy, the management should seriously look into this because i feel they dont want to work. Every time i call in for a prescription they say there systems are down and they will not do any prescription pick ups and magicawhen your there to pick up everything is working. Please check . I am also emailing your HO of this issue.once twice thrice but everytime same thing.

Better service than most Shoppers Drug Marts, but the pharmacy area is a disgrace in terms of response time.

Saima in the pharmacy treated me today like an unwanted customer. I had asked for a specific pain medication for my mother who is fighting stage 4 liver cancer, Saima straight out told me that they did not have it. The pharmacist overheard this and immediately gave me what I asked. Saima should not be working there with such poor customer service. She showed me she did not care. Very very poor customer service. Shameful!

I bought an elbow and Knee sleeve from copper here in this store. The sleeves already messy when I opened it. I tried on to make sure that it fit. However, it wasnt. So I came again to change for another one. BUT they said it already been used so they cancel my request in a very rude way. I am very disappointed about the way that they responded. I will never come back here again. Updated: I could exchanged at a DIFFERENT shoppers Drug Mart store.
