        They give zero care, and only 1 person works to serve a dozen people, even if the prescription medication is ready they told us to wait 30 mins, they may loose their customers if they don't speed up their services

        Extremely unhelpful cashier, asked me to go to another cashier as I bought shampoo. Told me to go to cosmetic section as I was purchasing shampoo. I previously had several times checked out on regular counters for similar products. There was no other customers waiting to be served.

        cosmetics staff was very helpful and friendly. Went to this location on thursday evening, a lady working there helped me in my selection for skincare. She was very patient.

        Not loving this location anymore ... since new owners took over customer service is terrible and slow !!!

        Great customer service from this Shoppers! Was looking for a particular squishmallow so called them in advance and they were very quick to respond even though it was a busy Saturday. They also have a great selection of beauty & cosmetics at this location and I was able to pick up some products I was unable to find at other Shoppers locations.
