Loblaw pharmacy

Worst Pharmacy I've been to. Took them 3 days to fax my doctor to confirm my prescription. Pharmacist questioned me on past medication on file and medical matters that were irrelevant to this prescription. I patiently answered the same question over and over. Clearly she didn't understand the reasoning because she isn't a doctor! Dragged on for a few minutes until I finally got so frustrated and said "You aren't a doctor. Why do you even need to know this!?" The pharmacist admitted she was wrong in dragging out a question that had nothing to do with my current prescription and apologized for causing confusion. When the prescription was finally filled, this same middle aged female pharmacist took it upon herself to change my prescription!!! Upon pickup this pharmacist said she didn't think she needed to give me the full dose based on a prescription that was PREVIOUSLY on file! SHE TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO CHANGE THE CURRENT DOSE EVEN AFTER IT WAS CONFIRMED BY MY DOCTOR VIA FAX!!! What she did doesn't make sense! This pharmacist is not a doctor! It's not her job to change people's prescription! Extremely painful dealing with that pharmacist. 2 other family members and myself had problems with them NOT updating their files causing us to repeat ourselves and deal with errors during medication drop offs or pickups. Extremely frustrating dealing with at least 3 members of this pharmacy team. Hope the rest of the team aren't as frustrating to deal with. Only a few times have I needed to take the time out to write a review. This is one of those annoying times. I will never go there again.

Ever since there was a change in management about 6-8 months ago, I have had problems. Missing pills, broken pills, not calling if order not ready at promised time ( due to waiting for shipment), and recently incorrect refill # on the bottles. I hope they get organized soon but looking elsewhere. But staff is apologetic and tries

Awful. No customer service skills. No communication between staff. Missing pills. Prescriptions are never ready on time. Blame is placed on customers - when the prescriptions have been promptly submitted by the customer for the pharmacy to fill. No accountability or responsibility taken by the staff.
