Very unprofessional staff the lady in cosmetics and fragrance department is having very rude behaviour, we were the first customer to enter in but she was very unprofessional, need to Learn at least how to deal with customers.

Do not go for getting photos here. They won't treat customers coming for photos as a customer. They'll keep you waiting, and keep taking other customers for billing. Once, they do click photos, you'd be asked to wait. So, even after you give them enough time, take a stroll in store and come back after 15 mins, they would not have started with processing. And continue taking other customers until you turn up in queue. So now, they'll start processing, and someone will ask you to wait again, while taking cash customers. Extremely poor customer service. Won't ever go back here.

No post office here! However staff is great and welcoming :) pharmacists are amazing and working hard always!

Phone service is very bad. Tried calling this location 2 times in a week and both times there was no response. Kept holding for over than 15 minutes and finally had to put the phone down. Other pharmacies are much better. Only reason to come to this pharmacy was they had all my details including my insurance in their system. I have decided to move to different pharmacy where I can get better service.

Very disappointing experience. Visited pharmacy on Saturday evening 7pm. Only one pharmacist was present. Waited 25 minutes before he could attend. He kept attending pick ups even though there were some people who came after me. No attention was paid towards new orders. Phone kept ringing and no calls were attended while I was there. Seems like no respect for consumers. Feel sorry for people calling this pharmacy. I myself called before visiting the pharmacy and stayed on hold before hanging up. Terrible service. They charge very high dispensing fee, we atleast expect a decent service. I feel they are very much overrated. Their service has gone down. There are better pharmacies available.
