Update: three days to fill a prescription is not acceptable. I see service is actually moving in the opposite direction. Downhill. And this is the third time it's happened. When the issue and lack of service is brought to the retention of employees they become very defensive as if there's is a sense of entitlement. Time to move all of my business away from this store. They don't deserve my business. The worst customer service on the planet. Been on hold now for the pharmacy team for 30 minutes. The guy answering the phone today, Oct 16 should not be working front line customer service. Picks up the phone and immediately puts it on hold. In person customer service from the pharmacy team is not any better. They are usually rude and not much help. Excuses after excuses. It should not take two days to fill a prescription. Patients should not bear the responsibility of the pharmacy team being short-staffed. Time to move my prescriptions and business elsewhere!

Best customer experience ever received so far. The staff was very welcoming and helped me get the products I was looking for. The front store manager was super amazing as he went above and beyond to find the last available item from backroom. I will highly recommend everyone to visit this shoppers.
