I know and worked with Dasco for over 15 Years, within 2-3 other companies and now in last 3 years for my own. There was few stumble here and there in past but they always try to improve and do better and last few years in general I am very happy. I give them 5 stars because they have proved that they are improving every year.

I am choosing one star ONLY because I can't post until rated but TRUTHFULLY I give this company a BIG "0" in stars. After a long period of not using them I had a critical delivery for same day-before 3pm. Explained the situation when I called at 8:15am to request a pickup for 1pm on a Direct service (delivery within 90 minutes). Driver doesn't show, I called their line THREE TIMES (1:10/1:22 and finally at 1:40pm) informing dispatch their driver has not arrived. On the 1:22pm call I stressed that delivery of package needs to reach destination before 3pm and their rep assured me that driver was aware and not to worry he will meet the timeline. BUT when I called at 1:40pm was then told that "no we don't guarantee delivery time". "That's not how it works". I asked for her to explain how it works - big surprise got nothing! REALLY??? THEN WHY AM I PAYING FOR A DIRECT SERVICE!!! Thanks for nothing.
