PLASP Child Care Services Head Office

My child has been on wait list for two years, and the wait list does not move. One time I am told my child is first in the list, the next time he is moved to the third position. There is something wrong with their system. Each staff member says something different when I ask why.

Staff in the care center is amazing. However the head office is useless condescending and out right lied to me. And to get someone on the phone good luck. This wasn't always the case, who ever is in charge now is incompetent

Was charged 4 times before my kids started. They are refusing to credit my account and claiming I owe them money after attempting to take from my account. After providing pictures of my account and dates I still haven't heard back. I will be taking this matter further. Very disappointing.

It's been over a year a P.l.a.s.p is still taking money out of my account. I have called to discuss the issue numerous of time and it continues. Plasp is now stealing my money. My account is inactive but for some reason p.l.a.s.p seems to loves dipping in my account. Trying to resolve an issue on there end is like pulling teeth. Stay away from plasp you will atleast won't get robbed

In October we were told our children could start after school in first week December. We were very happy and made arrangements according to this news. We did not hear back from them for a few weeks so decided to call in mid-october. They told us our children are in wait list and will not be starting after-school in December.. What else can I say?
