I purchased quite a bit of furniture from this company; and part of what I purchased was a coffee table and end table set. When the delivery guys arrived, they had with them a coffee table that was different from what I ordered (a different colour form the end tables, too) and they didn't have the end tables I ordered at all. They set up the coffee table anyway, but they didn't even do it properly and the table was just a tripping hazard that didn't match the rest of my house at all. I contacted the Bahar's Interiors and they agreed to pick up the error table and order the correct one as well as delivering the end tables. They delivered the end tables much later, but the coffee table never came, they left me with the old coffee table. I chased after them about it for some time to no avail; before finally electing to drop off the table at the showroom myself. They informed me that the correct table was available, but it was stuck at the warehouse. I asked for delivery and it was promised, but not followed through on. Eventually, after much back and forth, I was given a date to pick the coffee table up at the warehouse, so I sent someone with a vehicle big enough to pick it up, and -surprise!- the warehouse had no idea why we were there or what table we were to pick up. Of course, Bahars Interiors blamed the warehouse, which didnt seem to me to be truthful given the history between us and what was observed to be a well run and organized warehouse. After a significant amount of time chasing, with them not answering emails or phone calls; I finally asked for a refund, and was told that this was not possible but that I could elect to either wait for the next shipment, or choose one from the showroom. I decided to wait for my chosen table so I could have a matching set, and ultimately got further run around for it. Finally, I sent someone to their store to try to sort this out and get my table or a refund, and they gave that person a different story entirely and blamed me. I have spent more money trying to get my missing piece than the entire set cost me in the first place; while the company has strung me along; telling me it's at the warehouse, blaming the warehouse, not answering calls or emails about it and then ultimately telling me they don't want to deal with it. Nice. I still do not have my table to this day; which at the time of review, has been almost exactly a year since I ordered it. If I could give negative stars to this "business", I would.
