Delivered wrong size and defected sofa. It's been 10months, and the issue is still not resolved. I wanted cutomized 88" sofa so went to their store in Aug2022. I liked one model and the sales person told me it is 88" without even measuring it. Order was placed, after 1 week salesperson called and said they can only make 98" in that model. I told her to cancel my order, Then she said she will check with her boss and confirm me. After a week or so she called and told me that her boss has confirmed they can make 88". Sofa was delivered in 84" and with manufacturing defect. I called them many times, went to their store few times. I was told their owner has to take a decision but he was never ready to talk to me on phone. Finally one day in Nov I managed to meet the owner in their store. He was not ready to accept their mistake. I told him even the person who came to deliver the sofa has measured at my home and he agreed that the sofa is smaller in size. The owner told me when someone place a order they don't guarantee that the product will be delivered with the dimension as per the order. I was surprised by his comments.Why someone will even bother to go to them for customization. After a long discussion the owner asked me to send pictures showing measurement, which I did and then in Dec the sales person called me and she told me they are going to make a new sofa as per the correct dimenion and they will deliver in Jan'23 and they will take back the defected sofa. I called them in Jan 1st week to remind them and she told me yes it will be done. I didn't receive any sofa in Jan. I called them many times in Feb, March but the sales person was never available and the other associates told me they will convey my mesage to her but she never called me back. One day in March I managed to talk to the same sales person and she told me her boss has told that they will pick the sofa at my home and fix it. I was shocked with her comment. I told her in Dec she told me they will make a new sofa and now they want to fix the same sofa. Even on that day the owner was not avaibale to talk on phone. I told the sales person to tell her boss to call me back. I haven't got any response from them till date. Guys they are unprofessional, always lying and have horrible customer service. They are expert in making a wrong size and defected product, So I strongly suggest you guys don't go to them. It was a nightmare dealing with them and I am still with a defected product. They even don't deserve 1 star. Any good review you see here to me is a paid review.

I found Sofa by Fancy is the best place for our requirement of sofa. Owner and staff are very co operative with their customers. They listen and understand the requirement of customers and then they guide with colors, quality and designs. They have very good colors, different materials and lots of design as well. We got the sofa what we want by all aspects. They made the sofa as they commited and also delivered on time . We are very happy with their product and quality

Picked up our jackson sectional today. Really happy with everything so far. The foam is rather stiff on the bottom cushions, but I'm sure this will loosen up a bit with use. Better quality than I was expecting. Hardware to attach the two pieces needed a bit of adjusting to connect, but took me and my helper, 5 minutes to get sorted. So far, would definitely recommend.
