My partner and I bought an L shaped couch from here when we moved into our new house less than two years ago and already it is literally falling apart. The bracket that holds the two pieces together has been getting looser over the last few months and now has finally broken off. When we originally purchased this couch, the sales person seemed uninterested and they even ended up getting a specification incorrect - something we didnt bother to address to avoid more wasted time. Overall, pricing and selection is decent but customer service and quality are severely lacking.
