I have had the structube horizon sofa for about a year now. I was super happy with it, until I saw the drawbacks! 1. It starts piling 3 months into using it. And no, we dont have any pets, were non smokers, and we have no kids. 2. The zipper started stretching and soon the zip broke. 3. Upon contacting customer service I was told it was out of warranty period and I said Im aware and I am asking for your guidance - can I buy a replacement sofa cover piece? Can I send it in for replies for a charge, anything? They were of NO HELP! Now Im stuck with a part of the sofa thats terribly embarrassing when we have guests.

Trash, got my chair defective Went to return next day, staff was mad because I didn't call before. Gave me a lecture Then asked for a lot to verify payment and process refund Last he made me hold the chair pack to the back of store due to covid just put the chair back It wasn't enough that I carried the package twice for nothing, he made me hold it for a third time Bad customer service, bad quality Not a recommendation, so upsetting He was racist

A very bad experience with this store. On January 15th we ordered a desk, the Sales Person said that it will be ready for pick-up by Jan 25th and then after we were notified that will take another week and it was the same story again and again with no delivery date for two months. After few weeks we learned that all the Structube furniture comes from overseas and we were not informed about it. This could be very helpful at the moment of the sale for us to decide if whether or not we will continue with the order. When we called the store inquiring about our order, the employees just responded that they don't know if it was already shipped of not. Due to very bad customer service and no commitment to provide a date, we decided to cancel the order and purchased the desk from a reliable furniture store. moving forward we will not come back to this store neither will recommend it to friends and family. Poor customer service. Lack of information Only excuses. Poor Management.
