We bought a sofa from this store. The sofa itself and delivery were all perfect. We decided to buy our dining chairs from Enza as well since our previous experience was seamless. However, 4/4 of the chairs, unfortunately, were delivered with defects. When we called Mr. Amir and explained the situation he immediately brought 2 new chairs (since the set involves only 6). However, for the rest two defective chairs we were told that there is nothing they can do. They claimed it is a manufacturing error, we explained that they are defective because they were poorly packaged during delivery. Anyway, he tried to convince us that the defects are negligible. If you know Enza from Turkey, either it is because of manufacturing or delivery, there is no negligibility or excuse for defects. When we asked him to get in contact to headquarter, he insisted that these defects will not be accepted by Enza. We still requested to ask HQ, but it has been five or six weeks, and still we didn't hear anything from them. So, there is no refund policy in this store. You even can't change defective products with anything else. You get the answer that they do not have authority. This is like a gamble, you may have a good experience if you are lucky. Besides that, if you can succeed to get non-defective furniture, they are durable for many years. > 5 stars for sofa > 1 star for chairs > - 1 star for customer relations and solution orientation

Edit: I had to lower my score from 5 to 3 stars. While we still enjoy the sofa, the dining chairs we bought was damaged. The worse part is, the customer support is lacking dearly. They couldn't replace them immediately, they weren't able to offer a rebate, and the most they can do is doing a discount next time we come to store and buy something. So, be aware, what you buy is what you might end up without a return. (Note: according to them, there was a "no return" policy.) Lovely place, the prices are at excellent point with respect to the products you can buy. We bought a sofabed, dinner chairs, wool duvet and mattress protectors. We are extremely satisfied with the products. Amir is so helpful, and he can answer any of your questions, meaning excellent service. I recommend everyone to buy from this place.
