IF THERE'S A BELOW ZERO STAR! I WOULD RATE THEM BELOW ZERO! PLEASE AVOID THEM! THEY'RE SCAMMER. THEY SCAMMED US! THEY SELL FURNITURES BUT YOU'LL NEVER RECEIVE IT, AND WHEN ITS TIME TO ASK THEM THE ITEM, THEY'LL SCREAM AT YOU TO GET OUT OF THEIR STORE. GOD KNOWS HOW WE WORKED HARD FOR THAT MONEY. KARMA IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER!!!

Customer Service-0 Hi Reviewers, Please contact me to plan what action we can do to claim back our money paid for this store. I had paid 1K but now shes telling me that it was delivered. She cant show me proof of delivery. She got mad at me and asked me to get out of her store while I was still disputing my claim. We need to act or else she will do this to her customers. I went to the police station to report the issue and they advised me to do this thing. So I need more complainants to come out. Thanks

Family members purchased furniture here at the height of the pandemic. The vendor kept delaying delivery (due to "supply issues") and then said the items (which had already been paid for in full!) were no longer being manufactured (it was an entire bedroom set). The buyer passed away a few months after purchasing - her mom who had been at the store with her to choose and buy the furniture (but whose name isn't on the receipt) has gone back numerous times to request a refund or a store credit (or the furniture they paid for). She was yelled at and told to leave and they would not speak to anyone except for the person whose name is on the receipt (who they had already been told numerous times was deceased!!). I don't understand how anyone finds it acceptable to treat customers like this - shame on them!!

Hey Reviewer, Did anyone receive their order ? We are also trapped in this situation. We order 7 piece of bed set , store manager neither doing refund or making the delivery happen. Its about 6 months and waiting for bed set . How to deal with such situation ?
