Highly unprofessional and unfriendly customer service. We purchased a faux marble look table and it started chipping off within 45 days of minimal usage. When we raised the concern with the outlet... Response was "We are a retailer, we buy from suppliers and they don't provide any warranty." I am really disappointed to hear the response, which is unfriendly and unexpected. It's a shame that such poor quality products are sold by the outlet. Every other retailer brings such quality issue to the manufacturer's attention and provide a resolution to the customer. Better go there just to see the products and then search the same online for better deals. You may get the same product at a cheaper rate and might be with a warranty.

The store and products are very good. A little on the expensive side, but they are worth for the material quality. People who came for the assembly did not wear masks, were rude and don't care about customer's property. After complaining to the store manager, only one person put on a face shield. Overall not a happy experience with the delivery.

Excellent, customer service. Beautiful lacquer bedroom furniture I got from them. I walked into the store after having a bad experience from another company and Manik was very helpful with advice up till the point of sale. Highly recommended brand!

Urban Trends has an incredible collection. Probably the most distinct out of most furniture stores in the GTA. And we checked out over at least 15 stores . And on top of that, Manik, one of the store managers is extremely helpful. He goes above and beyond to suggest you the right furniture for your space, keeping customer and his/her priorities/desires first. Not all sales folks have that quality anymore. If you want modern and elegant furniture, might cost you a little more but as they say, you get what you pay for. :)
