        We called this company on a Friday and they arranged an appointment for the following Monday between 8 - 10 am. We had to call the company several times after 10 am to find out when the repairman was coming. Someone eventually came after 12. There is a $145 fee for them to come and then he added $175 for parts and labour. The sprocket assembly was broken and the part did not cost much elsewhere. A new garage door opener would cost less than the cost of repair. Once the repairman came the job was done quickly but be aware of the excessive repair costs.
