I recently had the pleasure of getting my haircut by Sadia, and I couldn't be happier with the results! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and provided her expert opinion to help me achieve the perfect cut. My hair looks and feels amazing. Great place! Been with Arta for 9 years, here at Natural Solutions and her prior salon. Arta listens, tells me what will work or why something wont work. Honesty is important. Its like visiting with a great friend. I come out with an amazing hair cut, colour, etc. and I feel amazing. I found everyone to be friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend going here. I had a very bad experience at this Salon. I moved to the area and was referred to go here . Based on reviews I thought to give it a try and ask for Arta and would always come here since I dont have a hairstylist also two of my colleagues told me that they would go as well after me. Arta wasnt available so they booked appointment for consultation with another hairdresser . I clearly asked for partial highlights and root touch up , also showed a picture and asked whats the total price and i was told $180 in total. Another Salon in the mall quoted me $125 partial highlights + $75 for root tough up and then i said Natural Solutions is less so i will go there. The hairdresser was very nice and sweet person . It maybe she misunderstood or I misunderstood or I wasnt explained properly but anyways when i came to the counter and explained to the lady in the front desk who I think was the manager was extremely rude and didnt even address my concerns. I was there from 3 pm till 8 pm and when I told her that I wasnt satisfied with my hair the way it turned out and on top I am paying $282 instead of $180 plus tax . I have done highlights elsewhere and maximum it took was 3-4 hours and my hair turned completely blond. I came home and nobody noticed any change in my hair. It looks darker than before.I told the manager and she said I was in a rush, how wonder how long more than 5 hours also when I told her I may not return she said okay and didnt do anything to compensate or at least apologize. All she was concerned was to make my payment regardless of whether I was satisfied with my hair or not. Terrible first experience. It was waste of my 5 hours and $282 almost $300 :( Services: Hair highlighting, Hair coloring
