        They need to build another place for high risk women. This place is always crowded. You wait 1.5-2 hours for an appointment they make for you weeks ago. Whats the point of the appointment then? I have been here since 830 am for an ultrasound appt. They saw me at 930. I came out of it at 1015. And it is not 1230 and there is no doctor that spoke to me yet. Im suppose to see a kidney specialist at 2 pm here so I guess safe to assume it wont be till 3 o clock and I will be sitting here forever? Pregnant people here and they have no concept or consideration that they must be tired or hungry.

        The doctors at The Valley House are extraordinary and worked diligently to ensure my baby and I received the care we needed. It is thanks to them that I have a healthy baby boy. The entire team works incredibly hard to provide their expertise in a gentle, kind manner amidst an obvious shortage of staff and resources. Thank you endlessly to everyone at The Valley House for your work!

        The nurses and Obs are very nice, but the wait for my appointments were always very long (sometimes understandable) Other than the longer waits I felt well looked after by the staff
