Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel

Rooms and hotel are very outdated. Musty smell throughout hotel. Extravagant price for poor service at checkin by one employee who was abrupt and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Furniture in rooms is chipped and wallpaper in bathroom was not appealing with its installation. Windows to look out at airport were dirty. Main housekeeper scolded me for leaving our door ajar for my grandson to come in and out freely. Didn't have any clue about regulations not allowing it. Not a cozy place at all. Would not recommend.

Rooms: Clean and big. Room service is pretty good as well. Nearby activities: Nothing to do nearby. A couple of good Indian and Afghani restaurants but no activity as such. Boring locality.
