Ive stayed at a few Hiltons and this one just did not live up to the standard that I am used to from a Hilton hotel. The walls were incredibly thin. The service was disappointing. We stayed for four days and our room did not receive any cleaning in those four days. One night at 1:25am I was woken up by the next door people coming in and having a party in their room. I called the front desk using the courtesy phone, it was not answered. I had to call the front desk using my cell phone to get a response. They came up 20 minutes later to knock on the door and given them a warning to quiet down. After that the neighbors swore very loudly (I will not repeat), music started and my husband called the front desk. 15 minutes later they were given another warning. 20 minutes later the party was still going (apparently they had just left a wedding and werent ready to stop the party yet, as we could hear every word very very clearly). I phoned a third time, the courtesy phone was not answered. I used my cell phone again to call and let the front desk know that they were still noisy. It was 3 am by the time it was quiet again to try to sleep. They were up at 8am and very loudly they exclaimed how upset they were that they couldnt keep partying that night. All I got from the front desk was that they were sorry we were inconvenienced. They did nothing else. I feel very upset that we paid for a night where we couldnt sleep. The only redeeming quality was the omelettes that we ordered for breakfast. The continental breakfast was sad. And it had flies around the open juice jugs.
