Been with them over 5 years. Large commercial policy. Every year is a headache to renew. I asked for an estimate/quote to change a few options on the policy, simple. They could not provide that in writing. I was told I had to use their "online portal" to get a quote. I did that several times and NEVER gave me an actual amount I would be charged. I expressed the frustration to them and their response "Everything is done in the backend. Even WE don't see the prices. And whatever price you are provided may not be accurate as the actual insurance company is the only one with the correct numbers." What a way to pass the buck. The absolute only reason I have stayed there is the price being lower than other places for the type of policy I need. 3 days to get email response. 4 days to get voicemail response. I'm shopping for another broker.
RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
