Been offered group insurance trough work and I have to pick a package. When I called the number to ask questions about coverages they had no clue ano their own products. After 1 hour on hold I just gave up.

My wife and I had a horrible time dealing with this company. We needed a Course of Construction policy that included our neighbour's address (other side of a semidetached house). It took forever to get a quote. Every time we tried to contact our Agent she was difficult to get a hold of and would tell us she'd have the quote by next week. Then we wouldn't hear from her and would have to call a bunch of times to get in touch again. We finally got a quote but the policy did not cover our neighbour like we had asked (which was the whole point of us needing the policy). She said she would get us a new quote. This happened over a few months and the policy was eventually the single thing holding up our project, all the while we are paying rent at the old apartment + new mortgage + utilities. When we last spoke we expressed the urgency and the agent assured us that it was in progress and she "cc'ed the CEO" about it. That was 3 months ago and we still never heard back. We finally contacted another company and they had the policy completed in 2 days.
