Went there to fix a problem I had with my SIM not working and Usman helped me with my problem. He was very patient and made sure he solved my problem. Totally recommend! Make sure to see Usman when you visit this location!

I went to the store to order an iPhone 14 Pro. The assistant manager took all the details and said the phone will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days as I did not require the agent to assist me to transfer over the data from the old phone. When I did not receive an email from Rogers confirming the order or when and if it has been shipped, I called Rogers. They saw where I had been to the store but there was no order placed, and inquired if I had to pay for the set up fee. I was told no and that there is a promotion to waive this fee. I called the store again to see if they have waived the $50+ fee and was told no. This store does not provide good customer service. If you can avoid going there take your business to another store. There are lots in Mississauga.

Called this location 12 times..Nobody Answered the phone. I came in simply to return my old hardware after updating to ignite.. ive been here over an hour now..just trying to return my old converter...worst service in my entire life

Avoid! unprofessional casue extra charge! We got phone plan from this store and the sales person confirmed there's no any extra charge to switch account owner.(my friend was new immigration and didn't have all required document.) However, when we called Rogers, they said the policy was changed several month ago and there would be $50 fee. Then we called the store and they said it was their mistake but nothing they can do. We have to pay the extra $50.
