Im a frequent shopper at Swarovski and decided to go to this location to purchase a graduation gift for a friend. I went up to a sales rep asking for some assistance to make the process easier and get their recommendations. She was extremely rude and dismissive. Judging by several other reviews, we must all be interacting with the same old lady. She told me theres lots of stuff and to look around the store caught immediately off guard - I tried rewording and asked if there was anything for a graduation theme. She repeated to tell me to look around the store and start at the first glass case. Even if there are lots of options there are questions you may ask to help narrow it down - to even make it look like you are TRYING to help or pretending to care. The dismissive, rude, unwillingness to help left a sour taste. My partner and I just left the store dumbfounded. Why are you in customer service - something like this specifically with zero intention to care or help a customer?

Called the store today and asked the worker for an item and she said that they have it.. drove all the way to sq1 to find out that opsss they didnt have the ring and the way the lady spoke to us was very unprofessional very disappointed
