I needed some replacement parts for my Waterstone faucet and found The Water Closet online. Dadrianna helped me identify the parts and noted it was a special order. She called me back within an hour to state that the parts were all covered by warranty and that she would arrange shipping directly from the manufacturer to my home at no cost to me. Dadrianna provided excellent customer service, especially as I am not a customer yet!

Had ordered towel warmer , after notification of pickup went to collect it only to find package too large for my car . After consulting with Jermaine and his fellow shipping staff ,they agreed to ship to my home saving me another trip to Mississauga from Niagara . The large package arrived the next day ,appreciated their professional assistance ,keep up the good work ,look forward to dealing with this company and staff in the future ,thank you !

My experience at the Water Closet was less than ideal. First the positive. I ordered a vanity, and it looks very good in my bathroom, and I am happy with it. The young lady assisting me was nice but seemed inexperienced, but of course, we were all new once. That's pretty much it for the positive. The vanity was ordered in September 2022, was told it would take four to six weeks. It arrived January 2023. If you order from this company, be aware that they will not deliver into your home or apartment unit...we will leave it in your driveway was the line they offered.. Luckily, I have a very accommodating superintendent. Other issues cut-outs to accommodate plumbing a sink that was broken into 3 pieces on a delivery that I was not expecting and handles that did not fit due to the cut-outs. Happily, I have a very good contractor that worked his way around it but caused damage to the interior of one of the drawers. As far as the broken sink, I had to drive to Vaughan to pick up the replacement. There were other problems, but they are not worth describing. Sadly, the Water Closet experience was not the only company that offered inadequate customer service. This was my experience for most of the companies I dealt with and purchased products from. Customer service has literally gone for a dump since the pandemic. Water Closet has a nice selection of items, but I would suggest somewhere else if possible. Not a good experience.

I usually don't give negative reviews but this is something I can't ignore and something I can't hold back. I called in to get a quote for a shower base and the lady gave me a price of $1200. I was pleased with the price and timing so I called back to purchase. When I called back the price went up to $1500... Ok she gave me an excuse of usd and conversion... Rookie mistake but it happens... I took a day to think it through and decided that I'll get it because I need it asap and they were the only one who can get it. So we drove down from Hamilton to make the purchase (gas ain't cheap). When we got there and saw the color on their showroom floor my wife and I loved it even more and since the lady said that they had two in stock so we decided to grab them both. So when it was time to make the purchase the price jumped up again to $1900 a piece! WTH! It went from $1200 to $1500 and $1900... That's a $700 difference! In less than 48 hours! Either it was her first week on the job or she's just trying to squeeze us for everything. We went somewhere else to make the purchase. The new place gave us a price 3 days ago and when we got there she was able to lower it even more since we bought two.... That's how your supposed to do business! Take note Water Closet!
