Really unfortunate that this company had pricing listed on line that you can book a reservation for, but once they catch wind of your "date" or "season" they call to tell you your price is double!!! Truly a take advantage style business. Suggest you remove prices from your site and make the statement price subject to prime season. Watch out.

I got a call on my wedding day that our hummer limo was no longer available due to the A/C not working and that we would be upgraded to a bus! We were excited until we got into the bus the bus driver said the A/C was on full blast but little did we know that it was only on for him. For 40 minutes my entire bridal party was drenched in sweat my poor ring boys (2 who were toddlers) had completely passed out due to heat exhaustion and a baby who was (14 months) who was completely delirious due to the heat and poor air surculation in that bus. I called Kathleen as soon as I arrived at my location and nothing has been resolved but guess what they were able to charge me! Horrible service. I understand that since my wedding was on April 15,2023 nobody expected this kind of weather (26 degrees and humid) but a company should be prepared
