Horrible. Driver did not use GPS. Hidden fees. Lies! Planned a bachelorette party for my best friend and we used this company. First thing you should know... They did not include a bottle of champagne in our limo, even though the "package" included one. Asked about this right away - driver said "yes, I have the funds to go purchase one - sorry I didn't do that yet, we can stop at an LCBO and pick one up"... We did NOT, as we had a schedule to stick to! So - there's some money and part of the experience we lost right off the bat. Although the driver was a nice fellow (Irish man, sweet as can be) - he was not properly equipped for the job. We left GTA and head out to Niagara for some vineyard hopping and fun. Driver did not have a GPS of any sort. He used maps!!! We ended up taking a route from one vineyard to the next which was completely congested with back to back traffic (when we could all see on our phones that there were multiple other routes which made more sense to take). He did not listen. He was focused on the map, and that was it. He seemed flustered that we made suggestions, and seemed confused by the maps as well. Took so much time out of our plans for the day, working off that map. Worst part was, I had been communicating BACK AND FORTH with this company for months prior to the limo rental... was 100% told the tip for driver was included in the payment we made. Legit, wrote this down and told all the ladies. All fees were covered, accounted for, and we knew exactly what we were paying for. Turns out, upon final drop-off, the driver reacted VERY strongly when I told him we understood tip was included. He did not believe it - so he immediately called his boss. Boss told him absolutely not. So - all in all - we were lied to by the company and ended up having to pay extra, out of pocket, to tip this limo driver (who, unfortunately, we were not exactly pleased with)! Of course, we felt horrible for him, and for this ridiculous company... so we tipped him, even though we barely had any extra money to shell out. NEVER book with this company. You don't know what you're getting yourself into!

Last minute I had to rebook a limo for my sisters bachelorette and luckily Enchanted limo were able to help me out and for an amazing price too. Our driver was so sincere and nice and took great care of a group of 10 crazy ladies! He went out of his way to make sure everyone had a great and safe time. Our driver did more than just drive us around, he even made sure everyone was feeling well and was happy. I now know who to call and most importantly trust next time I need a limo service. I couldn't be anymore happier. The best limo out there for reasonable prices too!!!

We had made last minute New Years Eve plans this year and Enchanted Limousine Services were able to more than able accommodate our group. Tony and Nelson were great to deal with, and we definitely recommend using there services for any future events.
