How can one company have two replies of 1 star on insurance issues Told behind closed doors oh you got approved for the higher amount based on the CONDITIONAL insurance then your told oh sir we can never say that it's all in the contract Please read the contract FYI no one takes 40% loan because they're in a good financial position and this company has the audacity to charge interest on insurance premiums Reply I didn't believe otherwise it was your advisor Muhammad who had said so. Furthermore why do you charge youe insurance premiums for the whole term upfront, is that what we call a cash grab =/

Liars and Scammers. I submitted the signed documents and submitted to cancel my insurance in July 2022. Ankur, Dhruv and other CSR did not cancel the insurance. I am still paying the insurance (March 23)until now even though I req 8 month back. I did my part of sending the cancellation request but they didnt camcel it. Branch Manager and CSR lie a-lot over the phone but never ready to give same in writing. Need compensation for the insurance paid for these 8 months. CSR dont accept their mistake because of greed of earning the commission. I will take legal action if the head office dont get back to me and compensate for my premium because I have all the required proofs and I am mentally disturbed because of the negligence of their employee.
