        Definitely the worst front desk staff people!!! Just had such a horrible experience with them. They definitely need more training and respect towards the patients rather then treating them like this.

        Can you please change the receptionist ? I had to repeat my name three times to the lady. She does not know what she is doing. Last week I got a call that I have an appointment today but they said that I have an appointment next week. They did not send me any email reminder that I have an appointment. Please train your staff properly or hire better staff members next time please. what a waste of time !!

        Amazing doctor with horrible support staff. They are rude and have no respect for patient. They will email you the link and you have to keep waiting. When you tell them that you had a call with the doctor, they respond 'who emailed you the link?'. You gotta keep waiting and waiting... I experienced the same with my 4 year old daughter. The support staff should undergo Patient Relationship Management Course.

        I had a meet and greet with Dr Zando and it wasn't very pleasant. This woman is very unprofessional she told me I needed to lose weight and that was not even the issue I was there for. Secondly ,she prescribed a drug that my family doctor took me off of. She also claimed she is a specialist and not a family doctor. The vibes were off and there is no way in hell I would see this witch again. She has many convictions on her CSPO record. Don't bother coming here if you are seeking a family doctor.
