Really sad to see all the recent negative reviews but I want to add my positive experience here. I have had only good experiences with Dr Bano. Somehow she manages to make you feel cared for and keep the appointment quick at the same time which is an experience I have not had before. As for the front desk staff, I have not interacted with them too much beyond scheduling appointments but what I have had has been pleasant and rather timely.

Doctor bano is the best doctor I've had in canada. She is so caring and you can feel it even if she is busy! This place is fast and efficient, and with appointments, i never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Truly a blessing
