Intrepid Medical Centre & Walk-In Clinic Churchill Meadows

I visited as a walk-in for the first time today for my little one. We were able to see Dr. Noah, who is the pediatrician. She was so kind and thorough on checking on my daughter, also gave us kids stickers to distract the little one. The building is new and clean but I have to say it was the people who made the amazing place there.

Even though you have an appointment, you are still made to wait half an hour to 45 minutes has happened twice now, was hoping to make this my family doctor clinic but not anymore, there is no value for your time here

Horrible attitude from receptionists. Waiting time today was significantly over an hour, even though we made an appointment. I don't understand the purpose of spending money on a nice looking clinic, but hiring staff with attitude. They can't even smile and be nice say "Hi, how can I help?" Or anything that a normal receptionist MUST say. I walked in, she didn't even look over her computer screen, and said "yeah?" ... Seriously? This is the business that you've spent money on... All I can say is this clinic is GHETTO and tries to look professional with a few white doors and glass windows. The only positive thing I can say is that the pharmacist was nice, professional, well mannered, and worked as fast as she could. For the sake of your business, I highly recommend hiring new receptionists.

It was my initial visit here . And horrible place. My appointment was at 4:15 with Dc.Nadeem. I arrived 5 minutes earlier waited till 4:35 and no update. I understand doctors can be caught up with other patients so I stayed patient. I thought I should ask how long since I had somewhere to be by 6. The receptionist lady kept taking her time and when she was talking to me she didnt even acknowledge me and talked with 2 others whilst having a conversation with me. She finally told me it will take another 45 minutes. God knows if that is even true. I took time off from work and is it realistic to wait an hour for a doctor when you had booked an appointment. This place lacks communication big time, and professionalism. Wasted my time I will not recommend and for a first time patient I had to walk out as I couldnt afford to wait 45-1 hour or god knows how long.
