If you value your time and your health please find a doctor elsewhere. Having known this practice for over 30 years, it's unfortunate that some of the newer doctors, namely Rand Yousif have let the reputation of this once admirable clinic go. This practice needs to be more diligent about paperwork sent to their office. Get with the times and use email as well to better communicate with your patients. Sadly some staff and doctors need to be retrained in simple customer service and bedside manners. Reception staff need to learn the difference between threats and statements. This practice is going downhill fast in my opinion and the newer doctors and summer staff make it that way. Take your loved ones elsewhere! I speak from my own experience watching my mother's interactions with her "primary care" physician Rand Yousif. My mother survived a quadruple bypass during the height of Covid19 which actually turned out to be much worse than anticipated and suffered with heart disease for many years prior. As an advocate for herself, my mom would request routine tests only to have them denied by this doctor and told "you look fine." My mom applied for the DTC and the doctor immediately turned her away from the office stating outright she did not qualify without fully understanding how the DTC works. When I advocated for my mother and discussd how she does qualify based on how the DTC is assessed the doctor subsequently discharged my mother from her practice without really any explanation and filled out the forms based on her clearly limited knowledge. This is a blessing as under her continued care I am positive my mother would have fallen through the cracks in years to come. Rand Yousif if you read this updated review you have no business being in medicine as you're only in it for the money and I point this out based of your numerous reminders that you get paid to fill out forms and constant reminders about your fees. AS WELL you should take a few training courses in bedside manners and dealing with the public. I wonder what reason you will give to the College for discharging my Mother from your practice who never said a word to you, but rest assured she's in better hands! A word to your future patients....please go elsewhere if you value your time and your loved ones lives. If you read the "bad" reviews you will see most refer to this specific doctor. Interestingly enough, reviews that were negative that were posted elsewhere of her were deleted but you're still able to see she was given a 1 star as something had to be inputted.
