Dr. Daniel Lee is always there for me when I need his help. Id imagine all his patients experience the same Im fortunate to be one. He is very busy but manages to give me concise health advice and support prompt referrals & prescriptions for eczema, allergies, mental health and everything in between I can count on the man! An excellent family doctor in Daniel Lee supported by wonderful staff. In the city youd be hard pressed to find better.

Dr. Forbes was the walk-in/online doctor today. She is amazing. Very attentive and explained things. She is not even my assigned family doctor and was compassionate. Only giving 4 stars as calling into the doctors office during the week was extremely difficult. Calling in in the Saturday walk in the message still says this is the number for weekend coverage during Covid and not to leave a message as they are not picking up messages and try back after 5 mins or book online but that was not working for me. Thank goodness the person taking care of the phone lines was attentive and called back the phone #. She was very helpful and supportive.

Absolutely horrible. Please do not go here. Not professionals. Booked to come back twice. It gets better. I was booked in for an appointment at 12 the second time and everyone is on break. Had to wait an hour for everyone to get back on break although I had an appointment. Missed hours from work which obviously I lose out on. No one cares here. Everyone seems miserable. Please find another doctors office.

Dr. Amy Forbes is a wonderful doctor. She is very thorough, kind and understanding. She is on top of things. While Dr. Forbes is the best, I find it very disturbing that I can only speak of one or maybe two health issues especially now as I am getting older. I am so very disheartened.
