Im disgusted with their professionalism and disappointed with their information. Ive booked an appointment with this doctors office for a new family doctor but because my family member had to go to the hospital, I had to rebook and then the receptionist Linda said there was no doctor of that name there and she couldnt find the previous appointment that was booked and cancelled in her system, then after I made another call another day to book an appointment, the receipt said that the doctor is indeed a doctor in that office and booked the appointment, then 2 weeks after making the appointment, I got a call saying they made a mistake and the doctor isnt accepting new patients but it wasnt told from the first appointment of this and how does things change within a month of doctors accepting new patients.. its not the patients fault that theres no availability appointments sooner to see a specific doctor, and its not the patients fault that they were admitted in the hospital for serious medical reasons and had to cancel their first appointment because of my family member made it to the first appointment the doctor would be accepting them as a new patient. It has taken 4 months to find a new doctor but to have a doctors office that doesnt know whether a doctor is accepting new patients upon making an appointment is ridiculous then calling a couple days before the appointment to cancel and say they arent accepting new patients is outrageous!! The lack of professionalism is from the receptionist Linda that didnt know their own doctors at the office and informing patients in a rude tone of voice that they must have it wrong and they need to find that information on the so-called doctor that wasnt there on their own. If you need a professional environment that takes you serious as a patient and cares for your well-being, I advise NEVER to go here!! If I can give 0 stars, I would!

Love Dr. Kale been my doctor forever. Hard to book an appointment cause he's always fully booked but then again I don't always see him. When I do or my kids its always good appt. Small conversation and then we are in and out.

Both the pharmacy and the doctors are great. Left this review and a 5 star rating 4 yrs ago... Haven't felt this way for the past 3 yrs... Go figure
