Ive been a patient at this clinic for over 30 years and have good experiences with my doctor but unfortunately to get through to the reception team to book an appointment is like trying to call a radio to win tickets to a concert. Every time without fail I need to call back 8+ times before I get anything other than a busy tone. Online booking isnt available with my doctor unfortunately.

Dr. Shabbeer is a very thorough and thoughtful doctor. Im very happy to have him as a family doctor, and Im very thankful to him for taking on my daughter as a patient.

I've been going to Streetsville Medical when they were in the heart of Streetsville then after the fire I followed them to there new location where my whole family was seeing Dr, Van Ryan, (retired) he was okay but after he mis diagnosed a kidney stone I had, I changed to Dr. Sequrreia he was good but I wanted a female doctor, that's when Dr, Taylor started accepting new patients and I jumped at it and now she's my primary family physician, she's been amazing and I get it, the doctors are exhausted due to the pandemic. I just wish she would listen to me when I tell her that I'm in pain and refer me to someone who can help. most of the nurses are great, Paula is amazing, she's always very polite and answers my questions and even gives me advice if I need a referral to someone who can take me faster. Although one of the so called nurses is very rude when I come in. Other then that the place is amazing, good doctors and good nurses

I have been a patient with them for almost 48 years and i have never had a bad experience with them. All of the staff are very professional and the doctors are fantastic
