The service representative at the front was very rude and impolite (visit date: 23Nov2022 @7.30am). She seems very agitated from the beginning of the interaction. One of the worst customer service experience at flowlabs. People should be trained on the appropriate communication manner and should be verified whether the training is doing any good. The type of behavior is completely uncalled for.
