I was denied service just because I was an international traveler. Despite being vaccinated and tested negative at the Toronto airport, this guy (who ironically does not wear a mask) refused money exchange service to me saying that I bring the virus along with me. This is racist and hurtful.

We went two times to this office and the place had really bad services, and the guy was so rude and didn't wear a face mask. We are so upset about this service and we will not come back to this place!

We visited this location today to send money to family overseas. The proprietor was very rude and the store does not practice adequate hygienic procedures. The staff do not wear masks and claim that the plastic window is their mask. However, when they speak to you, they yell at you through the large opening at the bottom, spreading their breath droplets all over you. After completing a transaction with another customer, the W.U. person handed the ATM machine to us without cleaning it. So I applied hand sanitizer to my hands before using it. The proprietor then yelled at me saying he cleans it once a day and that is enough. He also said: "next time, if you don't want to touch the machine, bring cash." That was about enough for us, so asked to cancel the transaction. When we asked for a copy of the cancelation receipt, he yelled at us to leave the store or he would call the police. Unless you prefer to deal with rude uncaring people in a dirty environment, I suggest that you choose another location for you wire transactions.
