Hello, I live in Windsor, Ontario and Equity Approved is based in Alberta. I did a Google search and they were lucky number one! The broker I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. They were able to secure a very satisfactory deal for me to get the funds I needed to renovate my house and to clear up all of my debt.
