To start off, I would have to say that I am working in the automotive sector and as such do not possess a detailed working knowledge of banking. Furthermore, I do not feel that many people currently outside of finance professionals are educated enough in such matters to be able to make sound decisions for themselves and their family. Unfortunately, in my experience in mortgages so far, I have come across multiple people that have been far too willing to take advantage of your trust and make merry for themselves while putting your family's finances in peril. Stories like these have become all too common in today's date and time for many families. This adds to the stress that one's going through mentally and emotionally. This is the reason why I went looking for a sincere and trustworthy mortgage agent. Someone that I could trust with my family's financial well-being. I have to say that my experience of working with Jaswinder has been an effortless and a thoroughly enjoyable one. Jaswinder explained all of my available options and made sure that I understood what the reasons behind each option was. Even when things did not go according to plan and I did't feel that I was satisfied with the results at one point, Jaswinder did not go into hiding. He made sure to communicate with me explicitly and to explain each point and the cause behind it. After our conversations, I felt relieved and actually understood what was actually happening which made me feel a lot better. I had lots of questions and Jaswinder was very patient with all my inquiries. He was a true professional throughout the entire process. After everything was said and done, my family and I agreed that we liked his professionalism and would continue working with him in the future for our other ventures as well. If I could give 10 stars I would! Jaswinder was fantastic to work with. He was fast efficient and made sure we understood all our options and all the steps. His customer service is wonderful, he was happy to answer all our questions and did so in a timely manner! Definitely would recommend !
