Cmi lending mortgage company is the worst in his kind ,they dont care and the lawyers are cold bloody sharks, they dont care about anyone, they take and destroy family homes no heart in hell,the stress they put me through was not nice at all so before you sign up with guys read the fine print because even what the post and stand for they dont follow it .

These guys are like criminals. Usually find the people who became weak and then they trap them and they charge whatever they want. There are no rules, they govern their clients on their one sided rules which is %99.99 them and the rest client. If you talk to them or ask any questions then they automatically remove that little portion from you too.

I have been dealing with CMI for a few years now and I am so happy with the results. Natalie Krawek is so responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. I switched from Toronto Capital and I am so glad I did. A very well - run company and their back office is a well oiled machine.

Everyone should run from this people. They are thieves and they dont want to work with you. If you miss a payment or two they would rather sue you then work with you to lower your payments and they dont care if you have a family and kids at home. As well, they want to take your home away from you As I said before, run from this company as far as you can. And if you try to call them, they are nowhere to be found and they dont answer any calls back
