No one showed up for our scheduled time. I was not able to get a hold of anyone for quite some time. Finally we were told they were somehow double booked and could not tell us when or even if they would get to us. No one showed up. Very unprofessional, terrible experience.

The gentlemen who did my move were kind overall and got the job done, but I would not recommend this moving company. Both the company and the individual movers they sent did not seem to care much. The movers did not treat my items with care, even when I asked them to keep furniture protected and not mark up my new walls - they said well try our best not to but it was clear they did not. They also did not wear masks, and when asked to by my condo buildings staff they still refused. When the move was over, I was asked to pay by eTransfer to one of the movers personal bank accounts(?!). They asked me to leave a positive review on Google and to report any damages. I reported the damages to the company and never heard a response.

Booked their service a month ago and they did not show up for their scheduled time or even show up at all over the course of the day even though we were told someone would come no one came. When no one showed up for the original scheduled time we called numerous times until someone finally called back. We were told that we were double booked and that no one would be coming till later IF EVEN THAT. In a time sensitive industry where people are depending on this type of service it is baffling how a double booking could even happen let alone leave clients hanging with no other option. In a scramble to find an alternative every call we made we were basically laughed at for thinking we would find movers on the day of the actual move. Terrible business. Terrible customer service. Terrible terrible terrible!
