I first used SQ1 movers in 2020 for a move from Mississauga to Kitchener. It was a good experience as Hassan did it himself. The second experience came in 2022 when moving where Hassan was not present (two other guys were). The guys were careless and bumped furniture into my walls causing damage. I actually had to help during the entirety of the move because I didnt trust these guys. This happened multiple times. Not a huge deal. What is a big deal is the fact that they brought bed bugs into my unit. How do I know this? Because a bin that was only opened during the trip and not touched since the move was FILLED with bugs. I've been dealing with this issue since and it has been costly. Unlike the first time when Hassan helped with the move, these guys did NOT SHRINK WRAP MY COUCH OR MY BED FRAME. This likely may have made the issue even worse. That's disgusting. Some furniture was wrapped but not everything. Would not recommend. Will be posting a review on here every month till I'm refunded for the garbage service. Was loyal to this company but will never be using their service again. If you absolutely have to use these guys make sure Hassan is the one doing the move.
