I had a disgusting experienced today with Square one pharmasave who would lies for selling more profitable brand of drugs!! Never ever go back anymore!!! i went to pick my eye drop refill today and the lady (CSR No.996 on receipt) told me that i have to pay $18.87 because my insurance wasn't fully covered it. I told her last time i picked the one didn't need to pay ( which i had told by my insurance company that "Alomide" is fully covered when i was in the store i made called. But i couldn't remember its name). She told me it's the same one that i picked last time and if i want, i have to call my insurance.... (i knew she wasn't telling me the true.) so i called insurance with speaker on so she could hears which brand is fully covered. she heard it and replied , " we don't carry Alomide anymore". So after i hanged up the call and i have no choice but to paid it. I came home to check what i had last time and of course it was Alomide, no the one that she sold it to me. I called in and told the lady who picked phone that "last time. i got it was "Alomide" and not the one i got today. You could be honest telling me that you don't have Alomide at store this time instead lying...." She said, "there is Alomide in the store and it wasn't me who told you at the store and it was my co-worker." She was embarrassed and hanged up the called.
