Well maintained building, so quiet nice neighborhood stores are a block away owned by Metcap parking available & laundromat in basement yes change is being made at this building the balconies are being worked on now Update: the workers are almost finished working on the balconies who knows if the rents will be increased it isn't a modern building but nice surroundings hopefully the rents won't be increased Update the work continues here finally they are moving forward with installing the balconies hopefully it will be finished soon I believe they hired jobbers who were trained n the job this was such an imposition on the tenants including my Mom i am surprised that the tenants were allowed to stay while the work was being done. Yes all done Metcap now have a new look the apartments looks like Condos all the balconies were changed. The apartments are all occupied now, from outside it's pretty with glass balconies that gave a lift to the outside

Luxury apartment prices with below average service! No one ever responds to the emails, unless you email them like 100 times. Apartment updates are provided via paper on the doors instead of an email or portal system. This is problematic because if you're sick and haven't left the apartment in a few days, you will miss a note that says for example that the water will be shut off all day. Emailing is simple, more efficient and in 2022, expected. Balconies have been under construction for months, and there have been no updates provided to the tenants about the progress of the construction. And finally, the elevators! The elevators have been under construction for months with no updates to the tenants about an estimated date of when they will be completed.The elevators are a serious safety hazard. Depending on the time of day, the elevator may skip your floor, jolt a few times, or only open up half way, with half the elevator still in the elevator shaft. I don't understand why it is taking so long to fix, but the apartment can do their part to maintain consistent communication with the tenants (again, via email and not by actual paper). The elevator situation can be extremely scary, so often times we just have to walk up 8 flights of stairs. This has been going on for months. Again, please use an email or apartment portal service to relay messages to the tenants. In summary, rent is way too high for the standard of living in these apartments.
