City Sites Property Management Inc.

Incompetent People. Lack of skills to manage condominium buildings. Shady. They use external auditors that are definitely getting paid to provide fake audits. After submitting a formal request through CAO they kept lying to my that I will get the information that I asked for. Unfortunately Ontario is protecting gangs like city sites and all you can do Is sell your condo and move out to have peace of mind. They use their own subs to do work in the building and most of the times they dont get invoices. The property manager is rude and unfortunately the son of the owner of city sites is backing her up. He is also young inexperienced and defintely incompetent.

I live in a condo managed by this company and they are awful to deal with. My car was hit by someone in the parking garage of my building. I contacted the building management for the footage to be sent to my insurance. They said sure no problem... But almost 5 months later and nothing. Now they are saying they don't have the footage, even though I know they have cameras there. Awful company. If you plan on living in one of their buildings do yourself a favour and don't. If I could give a lower rating I would.

City Sites is absolutely a gold star for property management, specifically my condo in Toronto/GTA. If you're lucky to have City Sites on contract for your building, and have the Director, Marc and Anna as part of the team - you will have a well-run, professional, and premium level management company operating and maintaining your condo operations. We're lucky to work with such an excellent team, and while no company or condo board is perfect, I give 5 stars to Marc, Anna and the City Sites team for their fair, balanced, professional, and ethical approach to resolving complex mega infrastructure/repair projects, residence conflicts, AGMs, year-end audits, reserve fund studies, and more. I hope my review will provide honest insight of my positive experience with the City Sites team for anyone conducting due diligence or evaluating bringing them as your property management company.

Terrible customer service, mostly like non existent. Next will be Board of Directors responsibility for selecting such a terrible company and paying them fortune for nothing!

I delt with Marc ( who is a director) with a matter that was ongiong for many months. The 3 previous property managers I delt with just dont care enough. The first and especially the last one was only interested in a payment collection. I got a hold of Marc myself, spoke to him about my issue, sent him all the relevant emails in about 7-10 business days my matter was resolved promptly and professionally. Thanks Marc! You know, you should train the managers that report to you to be as reasonable and effective as you are.
