        Great area.... But the condo itself is poorly runned... There have been times where we the owners had to pay for repairs that should be completed by the corporation..

        I lived there for 26 years and didn't had problems with cockroaches it's how you take care of the apartment keeping it clean it won't clean on it's own. Yes the location is good if I could I would go back if I get the same apartment back
